1. How many homes are going to be built and at what stage is the construction at?

There will be 46 beach homes built in six phases. The first four phases have been completely finished. Construction has commenced on phase five and will start in July, on the final phase, six.

2. Is there access to the beach?

Absolutely. There is a private access to Rathtrevor Beach, one of the finest beaches in Canada, directly in front of Tanglewood.

3. When will construction start and new homes be ready for occupancy?

Some homes are already finished and occupied. five will be ready for January 2008, and pase six in March, 2008

4. Can I rent my unit?

Yes you may, with certain limitations. Unlike the other resorts, Tanglewood does not have a rental pool and does not project a resort image. Our first and foremost obligation is to the private well being of the owners.

5. What does the strata fee pay for?

Accounting, bank charges, hydro for common property, garbage removal, insurance for buildings and common property and public liability, landscaping, repairs and maintenance, on site strata manager, legal services, strata council, corporation expenses and contingency reserve.

6. In addition to the strata fee, what other costs do I have as an owner?

You are responsible for your own telephone, cable TV, high speed internet connection, electricity, natural gas, insurance on your own possessions and property taxes.

7. Is there guest parking?

Yes. There are designated guest parking spaces on the property.
